Engineered to Stand. Built to Endure.
Cybersecurity, cloud, Microsoft 365, and geospatial services for federal missions. Scoped and staffed by a practitioner, not a recruiter.
Stengard Technologies delivers Microsoft 365 and workflow automation, geospatial web development, and cybersecurity and cloud services to federal agencies and their prime contractors.
The firm was founded by a U.S. Navy veteran who spent over six years as a Master-at-Arms, including physical security and anti-terrorism force protection duties across four deployments. That service was followed by nearly a decade inside federal IT and cybersecurity programs, administering and securing DoD enterprise environments: SharePoint and Microsoft 365 architecture, Power Platform automation, identity and access governance, and RMF and compliance support.
That experience shapes how Stengard operates. Requirements are scoped by someone who has built the systems, and candidates are screened by someone who can tell a real engineer from a padded resume. The owner is the point of contact and the decision maker, on every engagement.
Designing and implementing security architectures that protect mission-critical federal systems from evolving threats.
SharePoint architecture and governance, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI development, and Microsoft 365 administration. We replace manual trackers and paper workflows with secure, governed automation.
Esri ArcGIS Enterprise and Experience Builder development, operational dashboards, StoryMaps, and front-end customization in Arcade and JavaScript, published to CUI and IL5 standards.
Continuous monitoring, detection, and response capabilities to defend networks around the clock.
End-to-end RMF support from system categorization through authorization to operate.
Practical compliance implementation and documentation for federal and DoD regulatory frameworks.
Secure cloud adoption strategies and migration execution for government-authorized cloud environments.
Architecting resilient, high-performance infrastructure aligned with federal security requirements.
Upon SBA VetCert certification (currently in process), Stengard will be eligible for SDVOSB set-aside and sole-source awards, helping agencies meet veteran small-business goals with a qualified, mission-ready partner.
Founded and led by a disabled veteran. The discipline, accountability, and mission focus of military service defines how we work, every engagement, every time.
Candidates are vetted by a working federal engineer, not a recruiter reading keywords. Padded and fabricated resumes are filtered out before they ever reach the Government.
The responsiveness of a small business with documented processes, compliant timekeeping, and direct owner oversight on every engagement.
